I had the pleasure of speaking to Mrs. Boots who was as sweet and pleasant as can be. Mr. Boots came out and was polite and professional and we had good conversation as he worked diligently to fix my problem. I would highly recommend Boots Plumbing for anyone needing a good plumber!

We were disappointed with our experience with Boot’s Plumbing Inc., based on an incident that occurred during a service visit while I was not present. The following concerns are based on what my wife, who was present at the time, reported to me. According to my wife, the plumber’s communication was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. He did not conduct a thorough inspection of the garbage disposal prior to turning it on and immediately assumed the issue was a jam. Prior to the appointment, my wife and I had both inspected the disposal. The night before, we hand-washed dishes because our dishwasher was not working, and a spoon had accidentally fallen into the sink. However, the disposal had not been used for several days, and I personally inspected it multiple times using my hands and a flashlight to ensure there was no obstruction. I also checked the breaker and pressed the reset button, and the disposal did not power on at all. Despite this, the plumber reportedly stated—while speaking to my wife in a condescending tone—that there had been a spoon jammed in the disposal. Based on our prior inspections, we do not agree with that assessment and were frustrated that no proper diagnostic process was explained or demonstrated before reaching this conclusion. Most concerning was the lack of professionalism and respectful communication during the visit. We expected a plumber who would inspect the issue carefully, explain findings clearly, and treat clients with courtesy. Based on this experience, we would not recommend Boot’s Plumbing Inc.

We had a plumber come out today to reinstall our toilets after the flooring was redone in our home, he did everything we needed him to and more! He noticed one of our sinks wasn’t draining, and fixed it without being asked, he also cleaned up not only after himself but after the flooring company as well. Which is something I never would’ve expected, but being 7 months pregnant I greatly appreciated it! I wish I would’ve gotten his name, so I could give him a personal shout out, but he really went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of their services!

Mike and Michael came to resolve leaking shower valve. They assessed the issue and put a plan together. Within 30 mins had the water back on and fixed. Very responsive to the call and right on time as promised. From the office staff to the technicians in the field awesome job.

Boots Plumbing: Mike I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Mike from Boots Plumbing, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and treated me as if I were family. What impressed me most was his compassion and genuine care—he even went out of his way to call my granddaughter so I wouldn’t have to walk down the hallway, since it’s difficult for me to get around. That thoughtful gesture touched my heart. It’s rare these days to find someone who not only knows their work inside and out but also treats people with such respect and kindness. Mike truly went above and beyond, and I deeply appreciate everything he did for me. If every employee at Boots Plumbing is anything like Mike, then this company is truly exceptional.
