Drain Dawgs

Drain dogs came to clear a clog in my sewer line. They were able to determine, using camera's in the line where the problem was. It was roots from two trees. Rick gave me an estimate within a couple of days. After 3 quotes he was the best. Gave me a start date and started on time. Replaced the line from the house to the city. Great job! Highly recommend them.

We had a completely clogged bathtub that would not drain what so ever, and of course it happened right in the middle of a major snowstorm when everything was shutting down. I called and Rick picked up the phone, and was super friendly and understanding, and actually got someone out the very next day despite the terrible roads and weather. The plumber arrived on time shortly after calling to let me know when he was coming, diagnosed the issue quickly, had all the right equipment, and cleared the clog in under an hour. No upselling, no hidden fees, just honest work. The price was honestly much lower than I was expecting for an unscheduled call in those conditions. We’re beyond grateful for the fast, professional service and great value. If you need a plumber who actually shows up and gets it done right—especially when the weather is awful—call these guys. I cannot express how impressed and grateful I am to this company! First the owner answered right away even though you can tell he was busy and made us an immediate priority. With 6 kids and none od our toilets working he sent his techs right out. Didn't even charge an emergency fee like everyone else wanted! The two techs who came out were quick but very through and explained everything as they went. Super kind and very helpful and extremely affordable! I will forever recommend them to anyone I see in need of a plumber!
