Company was top notch from the time I called to the time the project was completed. I had my old hot water heater in the attic so it was tough to get the old one out and the new one in. No damage was done and the new one was installed in no time. Justize the technician was the best. Very friendly and professional. The new tank and installation was a good price. Very happy!

Used wild water plumbing for the second time in a couple of years for two separate reasons and both times it has a been a very good experience ! When we had issues on the second project to no fault of them, they made sure that everything was taking care off and resolved! On top of that they beat the prices of other companies. Luke has been my main go to and has been great in keeping me updated and informed in every step of the project which definitely had a few curveballs thrown at us!! I would recommend them at any time and have a few more projects coming up with the intend of having them do the work!

I met with a technician to evaluate a hot water heater that I was wanting to replace as well as conducting other plumbing repairs needed. He was friendly and initially helpful, and stated that he would provide a quote for the unit and installation once he determined the cost of ordering the appropriate model. After one week, I followed up to inquire about any progress. I also offered to assist with researching pricing on my own, as it appeared there may have been some difficulty obtaining the information. He responded that if I purchased the hot water heater myself, the installation would not be covered under warranty. Based on this, I waited for him to provide pricing. Several days later, I reached out again to ask whether there had been any progress, but received no response. It has now been over two weeks without any follow-up or communication. This raises concerns about response time and availability, particularly in the event of an emergency requiring immediate replacement. After more than two weeks without results, I have decided to look elsewhere for a plumbing company that demonstrates more consistent communication, professionalism, and interest in earning customer business.
