James is our Service Technician. We love James! He calls and schedules appointments around our convenience. He's always on time or early. He's friendly and very thorough. He listens to our needs and requests and the results are fantastic. We highly recommend May Exterminating to anyone looking for a extermination service.

Isaiah L was the technician who came to our house last week and he has been here multiple times before. Isaiah was thorough with his inspection of outside crawlspace and termite fixtures and did a great job inside, where we have been experiencing hardly any insect problems. Amazing service. Our technician, Pegasus, is always thorough, professional, and attentive to any concerns I have. Today he took care of some ant issues and did my routine treatment. Before our service with Terminix, we had an issue with roaches in base housing, but have had no issues since Pegasus has been doing preventative treatment. Highly recommend!

Pagasus came for our quarterly treatment. We live him! He's so kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He does a great job, always answers our questions, and is very up front on what he can or cannot do. He goes out of his way to take care of his clients well. He really is a blessing.
