Kyle Johnson did a fabulous job on the annual termite inspections. I must travel to the house’s being inspected, he called me, set the appointment, was punctual, personable, knowledgeable which translates into “great customer service”. He gets a 5 star rating from me.

Scott is very professional and pays attention to detail checking for any signs of pest. I definitely would recommend his services to any one.

As always Scott does a very thorough job inside and out of the house. He is very professional, polite, prompt, and always asks if there’s any other problems that we are having that he needs to attend too. My wife and me were just disgusting the renewal of our yearly contract.

We found a small group of yellow jackets for lack of a better term “snuggling” on the wall in our daughter’s bathroom. After googling it and reading that there is a potential for them doing that because there may be a hive in the wall. I called Dodson spoke to a few people and they were all very nice and helpful. Unfortunately it was Friday evening, so they sent Scott out first thing Monday morning. He did what he needed to do, and found no hive. He didn’t charge me anything to come take a look and spray some stuff for bees. Would highly recommend Dodson!
