I recently moved to the Swansboro, North Carolina area. Unfortunately I discovered my roof was leaking and I needed to find someone who could be here in a timely manner and do a good job. After several calls to roofers in the area (and beyond) I chose Maven Roofing. After a lot of discussions, thought and consideration, I decided to replace the entire roof as it would be the best thing to do. Having peace of mind was a big factor. I’ve owned several homes and have had to put a new roof on a few of them. I have to say that my experience with Maven is by far the best experience I’ve ever had! Everyone, from start to finish, that I spoke with was friendly, courteous and quite knowledgeable. Every question I asked was answered quickly and with precise expertise. The crew was especially hard-working, courteous and always had a smile for me! Their craftsmanship was top notch! From the moment they started working, I knew I had made the right choice! They certainly went above and beyond my expectations! Nothing is more comforting than knowing that you have a solid roof over your head, especially being so close to the water where we all know the weather can be pretty harsh at times. Wow, these guys were awesome. We live in Ohio and visit our cottage in Sneads Ferry several times a year. At the end of Feb, 2025 I called Maven on a Thursday. Isaiah Smith and Joe (I forgot his last name!) came out the next day to inspect and quote. We accepted the scope of work and price. We were planning to return to Ohio on Sunday and figured we'd come back when they were available for the work. Well, they were able to do the work Wednesday, so we just stayed a few more days! Anthony Supeck was the Project Manager and Alex (never got his last name) was one of the leaders of the work crew. The crew was exceptional and obviously experienced. Every part of the job was well done. Very thorough, skilled and conscientious workers - and polite! Anthony did a great job keeping the job moving, ensuring all the materials were available and that the scope of work was fully completed. The weather was getting sketchy late in the afternoon, so he helped out with the work and they pulled out just before dark. Overall, I was impressed with Isaiah and Joe's visit and thorough explanation of the materials and methods. Isaiah visited the job site for about an hour to observe the work in progress and see if we had any questions or concerns. Anthony never hesitated to answer my questions. Alex and the work crew were remarkable. The way the roof was installed according to Florida hurricane standards impressed me and fill me with confidence. The warranty is awesome. Isaiah and Anthony each praised their employer. They love the company, the owner, their commitment to quality, and their desire to earn and keep the customer's trust. Isaiah said, "If this guy was selling coffee makers, I'd still want to work for him!" Maven is truly a professional roofing company. This ain't no Schmuck With a Truck who can slap down shingles! I appreciate the online customer portal. All the documents are posted there and all the photos of the job. I picked out some to demonstrate before, during and after. Now, of only I could find a roofing company this good for my Ohio home.....

⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ Mixed Office Experience but Exceptional On-Site Team at Maven Roofing I want to start by recognizing Cody and Reed, because they truly made a difference in my experience with Maven. Cody’s work ethic is exceptional. I have honestly never seen someone work so hard for a customer. His communication was outstanding — he consistently made sure I stayed informed about what was going on with the roof panels and the progress of the work. His level of customer service, dedication, and professionalism went above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed. Reed was equally exceptional. He genuinely made sure everything went as smoothly as possible on his end and reassured us throughout the process. Even when challenges came up, he made us feel confident that everything was going to be alright. The experience we had working directly with him was truly positive and reassuring. That said, my experience with the Maven office was not as smooth. There were scheduling issues, changes to the start date without proper communication or consent, and work began that required my approval beforehand — including cutting into the ceiling — without that approval being obtained. On top of that, I was later presented with an unexpected charge of $8,000 for skylight work, which added significant frustration to the process. While the office experience was disappointing, I want to be very clear that Cody and Reed were outstanding and carried themselves with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for the customer. They are truly the reason this project stayed on track and why I can still acknowledge positive aspects of the experience. Best Tery
