Got my son’s haircut somewhere else in town for his birthday. It looked like a bowl cut. Which isn’t what I wanted at all. Kristen was able to get him in before his birthday party and fix it. She did an amazing job with my son. She has experience with kids and it was such a good experience. Will definitely be coming to see her from now on! Thank you!

I took my 6yr old here to fix his fade from a different barbershop and they did a great job! This will definitely be our family's new barbershop. Very nice and clean shop and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Yenia is great probably the best barber I've ever had. Very detailed and goes above and beyond. The other barbershop are all good too. Usually no wait and the prices are definitely worth it.

Gave the white old pops 2 different visits [days] to get me right. First time it was not as good as I expected. The 2nd time I went he messed up the fade and did a poorly job cutting hair, especially on top of the hair bulk he really made it poorly trimmed to where hair in the back are just sticking out and aren't even equally faded in. Barbershop isn't bad but yall should watch out for each other and help improve.

I’ve been getting haircuts in Jacksonville for about 10 years, and in that time I’ve only had maybe one other barber I fully trusted and didn’t feel like I was wasting money with. I’ve got fine hair, and my fade is harder to blend easy to mess up and make look choppy so I’m picky for a reason. I came in the other day for a walk-in and got paired with a barber named Sugar, and honestly, I was blown away. She went way above and beyond anything I expected. Scalp massage, neck massage, face massage, hot towels and she even used hot shaving cream for the razor work and detailing. Straight-up VIP treatment. I don’t know if she does that for every client or if I just looked like I was having a rough week, but either way, it was incredible. On top of that, the haircut itself was top-tier. She communicated everything, checked in to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and absolutely nailed it. Easily a 10/10 experience. If you can, hold onto this barber forever she’s a gem. This was my second time at this shop. The first visit was with another barber (second chair on the right, female with brown hair). No massages or extras, but the haircut itself was great and the communication was solid, which is why I came back in the first place. I just happened to get lucky running into Sugar this time. Highly recommend this barbershop.
