Sun Tan City

Alright, to begin, the staff here are excellent, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, extremely kind, understanding, and helpful. Every time I’ve gone in, I am awaiting the next time I get to return. The salon itself is sterile, clean, organized and holds a great appearance. I love this location. I’m not sure if all sun tan city’s are this great, but I plan on maintaining my membership here. Not just for the benefits of tanning, but for the actual uplifting my spirit receives from the beautiful individuals who work here as well as beautifully maintained environment. I’m very appreciative to have listened to my instinct to get a membership here for my “sun” fix, because I got to encounter the people here and for that, I couldn’t be more grateful. Many, many, many thanks for the many many many benefits I receive from this beautiful establishment. Much love.

Gary and McKayla are the bomb they always make my visit welcome and they are the best and the sweetest. I love coming to this place because of them and I hope they never leave because they keep this place going.

Kinley, Missy are both professional courteous and knowledgeable staff. Fixed my pay problems and made I got a discount that was available. It's sad that it rare now to find great help. Thanks ladies👊

Not only is it every time I went into this place it was the most unwelcoming place with some of the rudest women , especially the manager. I spent way too much money to be treated so poorly so I immediately got out of that contract (which is also tricky cause they will charge you regardless) . Manager was sitting in a chair at the front while other worker was standing and were whispering at the front while I was in the bed after I let her know nicely that there was cleaner all in the bed. I walked out and the girl in the chair kinda laughed while I was walking out. The beds were soaked in cleaning solution like they arnt being properly wiped down. It’s almost like they spray it and walk away. Said something the first time and I’m guessing it’s the manager, she came to wipe a rag across it with no actual cleaning I used it and my whole back broke out in a rash cause not everyone’s skin is t made to sweat in cleaning solution. My poor judgement came back and started just using the rag they gave me to just wipe it down myself. Until the atmosphere was just too much to deal with the money I was spending and the tan I wasn’t getting. I don’t recommend it at all. Definitely not a place to relax and have some me time.

I started coming last year. The place is nice but the staff is always pushy to buy packages and products (which I did). However my visit this last time was it. I came back into town just for 2 days, excited to do the wellness “day pass”. I was told it was only on the app but to not make an account if I had one before because it would mess up my account. So, I got the day pass trusting it was okay because I told her the 3 services I wanted. I did 2 and came back for the 3rd and was told I could pay separately for the 3rd. I showed her the deal, and was told that’s online only. Why didn’t you tell me to do it online then?! The day pass she gave me had tanning, which I was clear I didn’t need. So, I asked if I could swap it out. Nope! Her suggestion was to come back tomorrow and buy the pass AGAIN for the ONE extra service I wanted. Even after I told her I only had that day to be there. I’ll never come back. I bought so much extra from them during the time I lived there.
