I would not recommend this salon. I paid $250 for something that doesn’t even resemble what I asked for. My hair was a very light brown when I came in and I wanted a dark chocolate color with caramel highlights. I showed Jenna the picture, we talked over the color and picked swatches. However none of those colors ended up on my head. I told her it didn’t look like the photo and there weren’t even any highlights, it was one solid color, not even the right color. She got the manager, who then told me she could fix it and make it look how I wanted it. She went over everything with me and again the color came out wrong, much better than before, but still not what I wanted. She also severely messed up the bangs I asked for. I’m pretty bummed out because I rarely have the time or money to get my hair done and I chose this salon because of their good reviews. The first pic is what I wanted, second is the color Jenna put on that Amy was in the process of fixing, third are the terrible bangs, last is the color I ended up with.

Amy made my daughter’s custom cheer hair piece. High quality human hair was used so we can curl or straighten it as we need. The color match was perfect and the turn around time was fast! She even took the time to show me how to properly attach it. Then walked me through the aftercare of washing and restyling! After our season she offered a refresh! Friendly service and high quality product.

I went in hoping to start the process of going back blonde after being copper, fully understanding that it would take more than one session. However, the end result was nothing like what I expected. As soon as I was handed the mirror, I immediately let my stylist know I wasn’t happy with the color. She brought over the manager to discuss it, but instead of listening or showing any concern, the manager seemed dismissive and defensive. Even though I was visibly emotional, she kept telling me my hair “turned out better than it was supposed to” and reminded me that I signed a contract acknowledging the risks, which felt like an excuse to avoid accountability. The only “option” she gave me was to tone the blonde down to a warmer color, which I said I didn’t want. She continued to push that option and made me feel like I was being difficult for simply wanting my concerns to be heard. The entire interaction felt condescending and intimidating. The manager was snarky and kept widening her eyes with every remark, clearly trying to be dramatic or belittle me. When I calmly pointed that out, she abruptly took my cape off and told me to leave — free of charge — since I didn’t want to “work with her options.” I left feeling dismissed, embarrassed, and disrespected. Customer service should never involve arguing with or intimidating a client for expressing dissatisfaction. I’m glad I didn’t have to pay $320 for a result and experience that left me feeling completely unheard.

Best experience I’ve had getting my hair done. I have wavy/curly hair and Jenna did an incredible job giving it shape and enhancing the curls! She listened to all of my questions and requests and I absolutely love my hair!! Highly recommend:)

I received a facial and eyebrow wax from Katie and she did not disappoint! The entire experience was very relaxing and she talked me through the process. The room was cozy and comfortable and I left the salon with my skin glowing and feeling amazing. Regarding my brows, she did a fabulous job and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'd highly recommend her services for anyone looking for a facial or waxing!
