Back here on a return trip to get an alignment (appointment needed) after getting a set of tires 2 days ago (ailignment was needed before tire change haha). I don’t think that I am educated sufficiently in the English language to know the words to describe the impeccable customer service I have been witnessing! I have worked in customer service my whole life. This is an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CREW! So professional and polite to not only customers but to fellow staff.

Got me in and out FAST. Watching them work, they are very efficient and professional. As an ase master technician and former tire technician I can say they definitely know what they are doing. Will be coming here from now on.

Buyer beware. Almost scam like. I went in to get an alignment done, the alignment on my truck is just the front two. They told me they had to charge me full price of a truck alignment even tho they wasn’t touching the back. Okay i don’t like that but I agreed. Waited about 30 minutes they came back out a refused to do my alignment unless I replace my upper and lower ball joints on one side. Kind of odd seeing how I’m a mechanic that work on my own parts and I knew nothing was wrong with them before hand. They brought me a bill fo $900 bucks to get it done. I told them I was ok I didn’t want the service. They went to pull my truck out but then shut the bay doors and wait a few mins before pulling it out which I thought was really odd. Finally I got my truck and they tried to stick me with a 48 buck fee for “looking” at my truck I refused to pay cause this wasn’t told to me at all before they took my truck in otherwise I wouldn’t have had them touch my truck. I left there and immediately went to tire country and 4x4. Both shops told me nothing was wrong with my suspension or ball joints and 4x4 ended up doing my alignment. So I just say be wary. In my situation I feel like the owner and mechanic tried to scam me out of $900 bucks. Especially when I asked the other shops they said it doesn’t cost that much. But to tell me I need parts that I didn’t need and to refuse service till I replace the not needed parts is crazy, and then to charge me for “looking” at my truck and not doing any work is even more crazy. You have been warned.

TLDR: diagnosis was off, wasted money on inaccurate alignment measurements, only good for tires, oil changes, and friendly front staff.
Tire and oil change prices were good, but if you need anything else done go somewhere else. Brought my car in for suspected wheel bearing issues and I left with an $800+ quote for one wheel bearing and cv axle (nothing wrong with my cv axle) change without them putting it on a lift or inspecting it further than just driving it. Next I went in for an alignment I spent $48 because they couldn't complete my alignment due to the caster being off (which was not accurate) and referred me to a body shop they're associated with. I went and got an alignment elsewhere and my caster was perfect! I felt like they didn't take my issue seriously and didn't put any effort into a diagnostic. I would have saved money had I went somewhere else first. The front people are very nice and attentive.

Can I just say I bought 4 used tires from here I always buy from here I decided to try somewhere else and that will never happen again. Silance is the best used tires ever . I just wrecked my car hitting a curb 40 miles an hour (and yes need eyes checked) I broke cv axle and joints drove it 300 feet with tire side ways and my tire is still in excellent condition. Their used tires are always the best when you can't afford new ones . Thank you silance for having great product and customer service .
