It's not very common to get to say this about a discount department store, but this is a very nicely organized store and we really enjoy shopping here. The employees have a very loving attitude and the store is very well kept. Charles, Jade and Erica are especially helpful and kind. Customer service really can make or break a place, and these individuals make it great to shop here. Thank y'all so much! See you again soon.

I had not been in Ross for a couple of years. While visiting a near by store I decided to give it another try. I was impressed. I walked out with great finds! The store has really cleaned up and was stocked really well.

She even took the time to locate my missing items, ensuring everything was taken care of. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. Awesome place for discount items. Clothing is good but spare pickings. Home decor and lots of unique items. Definitely worth checking out. Clean and open environment in the store and the workers are very nice. Come check it out. 🛍️
