After finally being unable to continue to wear a mask in the fitness centers on base and with the colder temperatures I decided to join Onslow fitness again. I had been a member previously for similar reasons when Covid kicked off but ended my membership when I pcs’d to Bahrain.I loved it then and I love it now. Proof enough is that I am the cheapest individual on the planet and I don’t mind one bit paying the very reasonable monthly membership fee. Great fitness center that feels like a family. All kind of machines, weights, a pool, sauna and steam room. I couldn’t be happier. Will add photos soonest. If you are on the fence about a fitness center this is the place.

I cannot say enough about this establishment. Onslow fitness and their staff have helped me in my health and fitness journey. Corey is a dedicated trainer, who always makes team training fun and challenging. The staff at the front desk are always professional and down to earth people: Brenda and Scott. I have tried out a few gyms locally and beyond, but this is the best one yet. If you are looking to reach serious fitness goals, you may want to consider adding on teams and small group training to your membership. The people here are the reason I come back though.
