Scammers! Beware of this place, I was out of town when my sister needed an annual inspection. She failed for a horn issue and was told she needed $160 for a diagnostic, then to order a part and everything was going to cost her 600-100 additional $ with labor. When she asked for how they diagnosed the issue they would not give her details. I get it checked the next day and the only issue was a missing fuse! Not broken, missing completely. Not only that, there was a spare fuse in the box! It was a 2 second fix and they obviously wanted to take advantage of a woman trying to get her car registered. She goes in here the next day and it's immediately excuses - a master mechanic checked it, that can't be, I wasn't in that day, I'm so sorry, I'll issue a refund. Fast forward a couple days and they dont refund what they agreed to, back to the shop to waste time again. Corporate said no our hands are tied. I dont do reviews and Karen shenanigans but if you arent 100% what you want done and what the issue is, I would not take my car here. If I turn one person away from being scammed, I'll be happy.

They did exactly what they were asked to do. They informed me of a couple other issues. However I was only interested in the issue that brought me there. The severity of one issue was not completely explained to me but it was taken care of promptly once I inspected my car myself at another location. Over all I would give them 9/10!

Today was my first time here and I am very pleased. I needed to get my Jeep looked at, and they were able to help me within a timely manner even though it is a Saturday & they were busy. The gentleman that helped me was very reassuring and went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning in the future.

It was quick and easy to get a same day appointment on their website. Brought my car in to be diagnosed (alerts started going off like crazy today). Justin helped me immediately, and listened as I explained everything that was going on. I don't know a whole lot about car mechanics, but he was not condescending and actually heard me as I described the issue. He did not try to upsell me on anything, and was honest on what they could and could not do for me. I do have to go to the dealership because it's a computer based problem, but I'm happy with the service I have received here both times I've come in. I was reassured that it was a simple fix (update), and that none of the codes popping up were serious and threatening. Whew! Justin and the young man that drove my car into the bay were both extremely kind and friendly. I will be back!

I discovered Mr. Tire Auto Service when another business tried to blatantly overcharge me on doing an inspection. As a new widow I had done my due dililgence and knew what the correct price is. I drove away and went the Mr. Tire. They provided a quick and easy service in a proffesional and friendly manner. I have been coming here fir 3 years now and I will return. I appreciate their honest, professional and friendly and was so happy to find it. 5 stars from me for every time they have served me.
