Wow, where do I begin. The entire staff, office and workers, are so friendly, polite, engaging, professional, and accommodating. They put the customer first and treat them as family. How refreshing! I had an hvac system that needed replaced. Kennedys H&A changed it out and my wife and I were, and are, so grateful and appreciative of the superb job that was done by all involved. We can't thank you enough!

Great interactions with everyone from this company. The tech was straightforward with us about potential repairs and maintenance, but kept the ball in our court. Would recommend.

He was on time he listened to what I was trying to explain to him. And then when my husband came home he talked to him shows him a couple things what he was doing and told him that he had to do something else in the future So I like this because he fixed the problem. And then he let us know, in order to not have another problem. This is what you need to do.
