Jacksonville Mall

This mall is just a giant scam center. Fragrance guys do a solid job selling that the luxury brand fragrances are real but they are not then try and sell you some $10 target cologne saying it’s worth $140. This place just needs to be burned down and move the few good stores to their own little shopping center.

Jacksonville Mall feels more like a convenient stop than a destination. The anchor stores are familiar but none stand out as must‑see, and many of the mid‑range retailers have a generic feel—nothing that makes you linger longer than you have to. The food court is the biggest disappointment: a handful of options with limited seating, and the few local eateries are hidden away and often crowded. Overall, it’s a serviceable place to grab a quick bite or run a few errands, but it lacks the distinctive shops and memorable dining that would make a trip worthwhile.

Just wanted to share my experience with Allah Kicks in the mall and give them a shoutout because he did great work on both my sons shoes. Made them look brand new again. The product they use/sell is like magic. Highly recommended. Thanks again.

This is my favorite place to go to in Jacksonville as a small towner. It's always very clean and all of the employees at any of the stores I've been to have been very polite. All I ask it that they add another alt/ indie store that sells clothes

Plenty of choices in one location. Worth the drive to make the wife happy. Very crowded on Sat mid day. Plenty of parking. Mall entrances could be better identified with some signage as the north end is a defunct store that detracts from the aesthetics.
