Lauren is the ABSOLUTE best! She is knowledgeable and will walk you through every step of your service! My face feels so smooth and clean after my facial! The whole experience from start to finish was relaxing! Would highly recommend Lauren for any service she provides!!!!

I had an appointment scheduled for 5:30 PM. I arrived at 5:35 PM and was told there is a 7-minute grace period. However, after the staff member took additional time to walk up and check the time, I was told it was 5:37 PM and my appointment was canceled. Even using 5:37 PM, that is still within a 7-minute grace period from 5:30 PM. This was extremely frustrating and felt inconsistent and unfair. If you advertise a grace period, it should be applied accurately and consistently. I’m disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service and will not be returning, unfortunately. I stay 33 mins from the establishment so i knew i would be there right on time. Did not expect to exceed the grace period which i did not but still have a cancelled appt and wasted time.

Very good experience! Went in today for my first ever Brazilian and it was a breeze! Mckinzie was the esthetician that did my wax and she was very kind, welcoming, and professional! 10/10 experience will be back!

Update: Horrible, awful experience. It has now been a month and my eyebrow hair is not even close to growing back. Devastatingly worried that it might take months or may not grow back at all or grow in very sparse. All the salon has done is offer a complementary service to fix it - how are you going to fix something waxed clean off and no hair regrowth in a month?! Dug up the name of the brow tech responsible for this and it’s Joshiaunna. AVOID services from her like the plague, if you’re unlucky enough to step foot in here. Beyond devastated and livid at this situation even after a month, and the ‘could care less’ attitude of this wax bar. How they’re still in business with this service standard and hiring unfit, unqualified technicians like Joshiaunna is beyond my understanding. Probably the worst wax bar I’ve been to. Went in for an easy brow wax today (clean up) and this is what the brow tech ended up doing to my eyebrows before gaslighting me and saying she did that because I wanted my brows “thinner”. When I asked for them to be as similar in shape as possible and cleaned up I wasn’t aware that was synonymous for wax my brows unevenly and clean off the other side?! Receptionist was unhelpful and had the audacity to tell me “to her, they didn’t look that bad” and the brow tech would fix it if I wanted by tweezing (?!) it some more. Probably the worst experience at any brow bar I’ve had over multiple continents and countries. 0/10 would not recommend. Avoid at all costs!

Dominique is THEE Sugar Honey Ice Tea huntyyy!!! I found my brow person after 5 yrs of being in J-Ville instead of driving 3 hrs to my hometown to get them done . 😩 I WILL be back 💓
