I came in about two weeks ago to get a fresh cut wash and style. I had a specific picture I was told oh you don’t have enough hair to achieve this despite having more than enough hair to achieve it. I was then sat down and done a basic straightening and tossed out the door. It felt like paid the full fee. You didn’t say anything by the time I got home that evening and actually got a chance to look through my hair. There was a whole spot along the bottom that was hidden under the top portion that was just still frizzy from the wash had not been straightened hadn’t had a lick of heat to it nothing either Call and ask if I could get a fixed done if just that section could be completed and that could be done in my haircut could actually be completed because maybe it just wasn’t in the stylish wheelhouse maybe it just wasn’t possible but I was not happy with my hair, especially not for what I paid. I was assured that I would be given to one of the managers and it would be fixed at absolutely no cost to me. I came even brought my husband so he could get a haircut as well just so they would still make some money that day because I felt bad for you not paying even though it was a fix I while sitting in my chair, the previous stylist proceeded to grab them my hair and run her hands through it. Oh well, it was fine yesterday and the other manager was making smart comments. They were both sitting in the break room, watching me making comments and whispering because I could hear them the manager who did fix my hair. She was honestly quite wonderful. No hate. She was amazing. She fixed my cut. She got my hair to lay flat everywhere like it was supposed to, but as she is about halfway through fixing it, the other manager comes by and goes charge her for a flat iron because I know what she’s trying to pull. I thought she was at the moment talking about maybe another client or something that they were just discussing or something so I didn’t think about it. We go to leave and I’m like OK what do I owe you? She then proceeds to tell me that I owe for not only my husband‘s haircut, but I also was charged an extra $15 on top of that for my fix that was supposed to be complementary. I hold no hate towards anyone but y’all have lost a customer I will not be bringing any of the members of my family back. I my cell will not be back. I felt so disrespected and so humiliated just for asking for a simple fix and I have never had to come back to us along to ask them to fix anything so I was already like upset because I didn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings. I understand everyone has off days. I just wanted a simple fix of my haircut that I paid for and for it to be straightened like it was supposed to be my business has been lost and personally I think it is revolting to allow your stylist and even one of your managers to treat a client so disrespectfully it’s it’s important and if the owner ends up seeing this, I genuinely hope that you do something about this because it’s wrong

KIM IS WHERE IT’s AT! I have very short hair, skin at the nape, you’d think it would be easy to find someone to cut it, not so much. I was a hairstylist for years, and I’ve very often wished that I could take my head off and cut my own hair, but I don’t tell stylists that, no one wants the girl in their chair who knows everything about everything, I stay in my lane. She did it, she has an EXCELLENT understanding of hair and how to design & direct it. Long hair, short hair and anything between - don’t hesitate. I actually have preferred going to a barber, however finding a barber that will cut a woman’s hair is challenging, I’ve always been a bit of a hair snob and would never have considered going to Fantastic Sam’s, but you won’t find me anywhere else from now on. I’ve added a pic of her card with name and hours - book it!

I was very nervous to go have my hair cut as I have been growing it out for years. I didn’t want too much taken off, just face framing, a trim, and layers. The lady that cut my hair was very nice. I liked the face framing that was done and the trim (very happy she did not take too much) but sadly I did not get layers. I got a trim with point cutting. I also did not get the blow dry or shampoo that was supposed to be apart of my booking. I ended up just cutting the layers I wanted myself at home but she gave me a great starting point! I also did not get the hair stylist that I had booked with which was probably due to a fault of my own as a had originally booked a 1:30 appointment but then cancelled it and rescheduled for a later appointment the was supposed to be with Mandi. Over all I would still recommend this place.
