This place is the definition of a hidden gem! I’m so thankful I came across them instead of just going with the first place that popped up. Floor Connection blew others out of the water from the quote to the communication to the scheduling and execution. Stephanie was very helpful in picking out the best carpet option for us and I felt confident she had our best interest in mind. We came in on a very tight timeline and she worked us into their busy schedule in order to meet it. The crew was professional, clean, did quality work, and they even worked later than promised in order to finish the job in one day. Our carpet looks and feels amazing. Floor Connections replaced some of my 35 year old hardwood floor (water damage) and refinished the whole kitchen floor. Perfect job Sanding and refinishing.
