Bill Paid in full , this was never about Money you made it about money!! This was about having respect for the homes you work in and your customers!! Holes in ceiling, cutting wires in chandeliers because you didn’t bring the right ladder, leaving trash and nails all over the floors, leaving trash in the garage, this was the issue, leaving sweating Bojangles cups on my wood molding,,all the expenses and experiences I had because of your crew, is the issue!! And you’re over here making about getting your bill paid and that I added extra vanity lights! If I added them I paid for them, I never had issue with ceiling fans rings, the pictures posted below are from the damage that was done on the wall from scones that I requested to be removed after she couldn’t put them on right !!! So your response is just that a response that has no point, because you were not there and you didn’t experience what I experienced, and your tech is going to tell what they need to tell you to not get in trouble!!! I will move on happily making sure my needs are meant by another company that not only values my business but me as a customer and person!!! ✌🏻 STAY AWAY FROM THIS Business!!!

I recently purchased Govee lights and spent a lot of time calling around the Onslow area trying to find someone who could install them. Most companies either said no or explained that they simply don’t handle that type of installation. Thankfully, I found E&J online and reached out to their customer service team. Their support was excellent from the start. We quickly agreed on a date and time, and just three days later the crew arrived and completed the installation. The lights turned out great. I made some small talk with the team while they worked, and they were true professionals the entire time—always checking in to make sure the setup looked exactly how we wanted. I’m very satisfied with their work and will definitely be calling them again for any future electrical needs. They are real professionals

Quick. From the time I made the call to the time they were on site was about 1 week. Accurate. They quoted over the phone. Day of the job, my requirements ts didn't match what I told them... im not an electrician and didn't realize what I was needing. They did SIGNIFICANTLY more work. The quote barely changed. Professional. Arrived on time. Every person on the crew was polite. Work was done thoroughly. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Thisnis the second job they've done for me. I won't be calling anybody else.
