Discount Tire

My sales rep, Jackson, was nice and did a good job explaining why he recommended a full set of tires and an alignment. Even took time to walk me out and showed me I was incorrect on the conditions of my tires. Unfortunately, on the phone prior to my appointment, I called to confirm and was told “You can bring it in now and we can get you taken care of well before then!” I’ve been sitting here for two hours and my vehicle has yet to move. If 11 o’clock would have been the best time to come in, would have gladly done that instead of waiting in the lobby for multiple hours. Under-promise and over-deliver on commitments in customer service my friends. EDIT: Lowering the score due to lack of communication and learning about more delays. The tracker was updated and said my vehicle was in the bay being worked on but it is still sitting in the customer parking lot. Another customer that arrived after me was helped. I am now at my appointment time and nothing has been done.

I have been here multiple times, always been fast and good service. Recently had a hiccup with an order, Jackson went above and beyond to accommodate and made me a customer for life. He made everything right, enjoyed their product. I will be back in the future.

I made a stop by to get a simple balancing for my front passenger tire. They took tremendous care of me and truly care about the safety of their customers. Jonathan and I believe Kenneth were the 2 guys that helped out. I pray nothing but success for them.

great shop. employees had great attitudes and the service was fast. arrived for my appointment an hour early to get 4 new tires and i was out within 45 minutes. employee came out and updated me on the progress while doing the work. got my tires at a great price as well due to their awesome price match system. did get some minor scratches on my rims after install. brought it to the customer service department and had a call within 15 minutes from management willing to get them repaired no cost to me and the guy comes to you. overall great experience, will continue to do business here

Did a great job installing tires a couple days ago, however when I asked for an alignment, they claimed that the upper control arm bolts were seized and that they would need to order parts to get the job done. This didn't make any sense because I had just replaced the upper control arms only 5000 miles ago. After verifying that the bolts were in fact not seized with just a simple breaker bar, I took the truck to Firestone for an alignment and they did the job no problem. Discount tire also could not even be bothered to put the spare tire back on correctly, it was hanging too low under the truck, caught on the frame. Go to Firestone before you pick these guys.
