Carolina Ale House - Jacksonville

Was disappointed. It was our first visit there. Valentine's day. Oh well! Steak was fatty and grizzly. The the little potatoes were not cooked through. The sauce they were in was fabulous. The ceasar salad was good but needed more dressing. The broccoli had no flavor. The chicken rice bowl was good. I enjoyed the various flavors of the mix and the sauce. Nice selection of beer. Full bar. Service was good.

I had a great experience at Carolina Ale House. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable enough to enjoy a meal and conversation. It’s the perfect mix of a sports bar and a sit-down restaurant, with plenty of TVs if you’re there to catch a game. The food was fresh and came out quickly. The wings were flavorful and cooked just right, and the portions were generous for the price. Their menu has a lot of variety, so whether you’re in the mood for burgers, seafood, salads, or something lighter, there’s something for everyone. The service really stood out. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Overall, it’s a great spot for hanging out with friends, watching sports, or just grabbing a solid meal. I’ll definitely be going back.

I want to highlight the excellent service we received from Gabby. She was very kind, attentive, and professional at all times. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome, patiently explained the menu, and was attentive to every detail. The food arrived on time, and she always checked that everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and smile made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely return thanks to her excellent service. Highly recommended!

We love coming in to sit at the bar with Libby and Keith. We always get amazing service and great conversation. 100% recommend coming in on a Friday night and enjoying the atmosphere. You will not be disappointed

Food is subpar. Food Quality is not really there. $20 for a margarita and mojito. Mac n cheese tasted more like buttery noodles. $72 for dinner.... We also got a starter which also felt like there was not much flavor
