I think there are better options, and higher quality elsewhere. This has to be almost at the bottom of my list to purchase any clothing items. I gave it a 2 rating because their air-conditioning is great in summer. Good place to cool off, when its hot outside.

Paid for a $35 toy that is missing 20 pieces inside and they wouldnt let me return it because it’s been a month I was saving it for my son’s birthday. Make sure you people are checking things before purchasing and getting scammed out of your money!

Easy access for browsing, but everything isn't together. Example: men's t-shirts 👕 are partly down one isle, and then you have to go two rows over for golf or collard men 👕. Only one young employee came up to me, but didn't ask ( how can I help you ) she sarcastically said ( what are you doing). I responded, taking a photo. She re- responded your not allowed 🚫 I said, "I'm not allowed to scan the customers price code, which is there for just that purpose. She just walked away. I remembered this just one employee. My cousin was going to put her stuff back and leave. I told her no. If you want it we will to the register and perform a kinda test. The employees working in front and checkout were great. I even asked if I could take a photo of a discount they had posted on the counter. Of course, she replied that it can only help to let people know about the discount. Remember, never judge the whole store by one employee.

The way they let the line build up over the holidays was ridiculous, No Urgency whatsoever.. line to the very back of the store and not because of Demand.. this is Blatant Lack of and Poor Customer service.. Maybe they think they’re using reverse psychology and you feel like it’s really worth a 2-3 hour wait in line.. Saying they should be ashamed is a gross understatement.
