Came in for brake inspection. Minimum wait time to get car in shop. Very professional service at front counter. Mechanic did a thorough inspection and concluded all is fine. Did not try to sell expensive repairs to be done. Will definitely return for future service and highly recommend others to visit them for repair needs.

Check Engine light for #4 Cylinder was the issue. 2017 Silverado. Decided to buy Spark Plugs, Brake Pads, Serpentine Belt, Check Battery and Alternator. Battery gauge was not staying consistent. Installed all parts, called me that Alternator and Heater Hose was bad....so I authorized to replace. Topped off the Antifreeze to full. Also found a broken Front Endlink for the Stabilizer Bar ($34 Part / Labor $78). Says my Truck runs great (Diagnostic). Referred me to C-Side Auto for the Check Engine Cylinder 4 issue. C-Side Mechanic Expert looked at every Tech. Bulletin Chevy put out for this Truck. He didn't want to charge me for a Diagnostic, but recommended I take it to Moore Buick. I set up the Appt. and it was fixed in 2 days. 2nd Diagnostic showed the Cylinder #4 Deactivation valve open, #3 Injector is dripping on cold start and Cat. Conv. is faulty. The DOD Plate had an internal fault and was removed / replaced. Been driving around the past month and have had NO PROBLEMS with the repairs or fixes. I was treated with respect, well informed of any findings and recommend ALL of the Auto Services (Shops) that steered my path.!!!! Thanks and SALUTE to you all. P.S. I am still working on the Injector and Catalytic Converter Engine codes. Dates of Repair: Jan. 16, 2026 to Jan. 29, 2026 (3 different shops - All recommendation). Date of Review Feb. 24, 2026. Honorable Mention to AUTOZONE for coding the Engine Light and selling the Plugs, Brake Pads and Serpentine Belt.

They were very polite and honest. I had an estimate from Subaru saying I needed rear wheel bearings and they checked and my wheel bearings were fine. They could’ve put them on and I wouldn’t have even known but they were honest and I appreciate that. They definitely will get my business from now on. Steve was awesome!!

Blacks Tire and Auto Service, really helped me out. I had my wife’s MGB in Smithfield having it looked over for safety issues. Afterward, I needed all the tires changed, and was taken to Black’s Tire and Auto Service by my wife’s brother. They changed all the tires over spoked rims and I drove it home to Jacksonville. About four or five days later, I noticed the driver’s front tire and the passenger rear tire were both flat. Called Blacks Tire and Auto Service in Jacksonville, and after telling them what happened, I pumped the tires and took it to them to find the problem. they sprayed around the rims and saw bubbles coming out. I either had to get new rims or we could put four tubes in the tires. this was a 1980 and had not been run very much so the rims could’ve been a little out of round and causing the air leakage. They were able to get the tubes the next day and finish the car at a minimal price and I was on my way. l thank them for quickly finding the problem and a less expensive remedy for us. I would highly recommend Blacks Tire and Auto Service to anyone for the services they provide.

The accelerator in my 2010 Lincoln town car was not working. No forward movement. The car was towed to this AAA approved garage for repairs. After diagnostics was done it was the mass air flow sensor. The car is working fine now.
