They lack help. I am usually patient but today was too much. I wanted a handbag that was locked and a matching clutch. Im no high roller but it would have been a nice sale. I approached an associate who approached another but no one ever came. The continued with what they were doing. I walked away.

Went to the Mayfair Belk. Excellent shopping experience! Helpful sales people, very good selection , even though it was just a few days after Christmas.

I had a wonderful experience at checkout with Amai in Jacksonville, NC. She helped me with coupon/ discounts available for Black Friday specials.

The literal WORST! I have tried to call this store regarding an online order that was apparently "picked up" by someone NOT ME!!! When I tried to call, the phone rings forever and then eventually hangsup on you. In addition, the "manager on duty" option sends you straight back to the menu so you have ZERO option of contacting the actual store!!!! Not even sure what to do about this honestly but I would give this location zero stars if I could.

I love Belk!!! This store is clean and very well set up. The staff is friendly and helpful too.
